Pedro Lancastre awarded Personality of the Year 2025 by Magazine Imobiliário

September 19th, 2025 – Pedro Lancastre, CEO of Dils Portugal, has been awarded the title of Real Estate Personality of the Year 2025 by Magazine Imobiliário. The awards ceremony took place on September 18th at the Hotel Vila Galé Collection Paço de Arcos.

The recognition celebrates nearly three decades of a career dedicated to the sector, marked by experiences with major international players. Since 2023, Lancastre has been leading Dils Portugal, a company that in a short time has grown from 85 to 170 professionals.

In his speech, Lancastre recalled the family roots of his passion for real estate and emphasized the entrepreneurial spirit and openness to change that led him to embrace the challenge of a new brand. He concluded with a message of confidence in the future: “I am very positive about Dils, about our sector, and even more about Portugal. There is still much to be done, and together we will continue to put Portuguese real estate and our country increasingly on the map.”
