GVA Redilco, in exclusive co-agency with Eastdil Secured, advised Kryalos SGR on the sale of a logistics portfolio of over 200,000 square meters. This is the largest logistics portfolio transacted in Italy in 2021 in terms of invested volume.
The portfolio, which consists of ten Grade A properties located along the main logistics corridors of northern Italy and let to primary logistics operators, was sold to GLP, one of the major investors and developers of logistics centers and distribution parks.
This operation confirms how the logistics sector in Italy continues to attract the interest of major international investors, also driven by the constant growth of e-commerce. Based on the results recorded in the first half of 2021, a strongly positive end of year is expected, with new record yields and a target invested volume that could exceed € 2 billion.
