This DilsDone involves ca. 28,000 sqm within an innovative Grade A logistics warehouse, recently constructed and situated in a strategic area for the Italian logistics system, just a few kilometers from the A4 motorway. The location is particularly advantageous for companies operating primarily in Northwestern Italy and offers significant logistical benefits due to its proximity to major transport routes, facilitating efficient distribution and supply operations.

Designed to meet the highest standards, the warehouse ensures top-quality infrastructure for logistical activities. With a minimum net internal height of 11 m, 24 loading bays, and 2 level access doors, it guarantees smooth handling of goods and optimal operational flow.
