We have started our international expansion, aiming to export our well-established vision and business model on European markets.

In early 2023, we made our official entry into the Netherlands’ market with Van Gool Elburg, a leading independent Dutch company that specializes in real estate, particularly offices and logistics.

In 2024 we enter the Portuguese market with Castelhana, a leading independent group with 25 years of experience in real estate services, particularly known for its focus on premium residential new developments.

In 2025, we strengthened our presence in the Iberian Peninsula by entering Spain with Lucas Fox, a leader in the living sector with 20 years of experience in real estate services, focusing on high-end residential properties.

In 2026, we further expanded our European presence by entering the French market through the acquisition of EOL, a leading real estate advisory firm with over 25 years of experience and a strong track record in industrial and logistics real estate and a firmly established retail department
