PROPERTY
The unique office project 'The Curve' is located in Amsterdam Noord. The elliptical shape of the building gives 'The Curve' a distinctive and very unique appearance with its own character. The building's flowing curves are accentuated by the stepped ascent of the twisted glass elements. Lease Term
Negotiable.
Notice Period
At least 12 months before the end of the lease term.
Rent Payment
Monthly in advance, with an amount equal to 1 month’s rent and service charges, both amounts excluding VAT.
Security
The tenant must provide a bank guarantee of at least 3 months' rent and service charges, both amounts excluding VAT.
Availability Date
By January 15, 2025.
Lease Agreement
According to the landlord's model, based on the lease agreement for office space and other commercial space under Article 7:230a of the Dutch Civil Code, as per the model established by the Real Estate Council (ROZ) in January 2015.
VAT
VAT will be charged on the rental price and service charges. The rental prices are based on the assumption that the tenant will perform at least 90% VAT-taxable services in the leased property.
