With over 30 years of experience in both real estate and technology, Pérez Bravo brings a strong strategic vision and a track record of delivering growth in the luxury sector. She is also recognised for her commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology as a key driver of transformation. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the next phase of Lucas Fox, a Dils company’s expansion across Spain’s prime residential markets.
Pérez Bravo holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, an executive management qualification from IESE, and a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Finance from Harvard Business School. She most recently served as CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty in Spain, where she led the successful national launch of the brand. Prior, she held several senior leadership positions at Engel & Völkers, including Global COO, where she oversaw strategic expansion and innovation across international markets.
