For the eighth consecutive year, Dils has entered the “Campioni della Crescita” ranking, compiled by the German Institute for Quality and Finance (ITQF) in collaboration with La Repubblica Affari&Finanza. The ranking recognizes companies that have stood out for the highest average annual growth rates over the 2021–2024 period, highlighting businesses that have contributed to the country’s progress and competitiveness through innovation and technology.
According to the “Campioni della Crescita 2026” survey, published today by Affari&Finanza, the 636 selected companies saw their total revenue rise from €6.7 billion to €14.3 billion between 2021 and 2024, creating nearly 19,000 new jobs.
During this period, the Dils Group recorded an average annual growth rate (CAGR) exceeding 26%, reaching over €88 million in total revenue in 2024. The company also achieved an Adjusted EBITDA of more than €24 million, showing a steadily strengthening trend compared with 2021.
Data collected by Dils’ Research Team underline that in 2024 the company carried out real estate investment transactions worth approximately €1.9 billion, representing 19% of the total investment volume in the country.
With a workforce of over 600 professionals, Dils continues to consolidate its presence across Europe. Following the acquisitions of Van Gool Elburg in the Netherlands (2023), Castelhana Real Estate in Portugal (2024), and Lucas Fox in Spain (2025), the company is now looking at France, Germany, Poland, and the United Kingdom for the next stages of its expansion.
