For the eleventh consecutive year, Dils confirmed its partnership with “Quo Vadis Italia? Real Estate Summit”, organized by DLA Piper and recognized as one of the leading events in the sector.

The 2025 edition, held on November 4thin Milan, brought together over 450 professionals and more than 70 speakers to discuss real estate market perspectives in today’s complex geopolitical landscape.

Analyses highlighted the strong momentum of Southern Europe, with Italy leading in performance. Special focus was given to the living sector—particularly Build to Rent and Purpose Built Student Accommodation—alongside the growing interest in data centers and retail
