Custodi del Bello

Repower Sanga Milano

Sanga was founded in 1997 with its minibasket section, but it broadened its mission on October 19, 1999. The expansion included the incorporation of youth sections (Tigers for males and San Gabriele for females), alongside initiatives such as Baskin, inclusive projects, educational endeavors through school programs, and social activities using sports as a medium for all. Infiorata di via della Spiga

The Infiorata of Via della Spiga,(September 1-3, 2023), now in its 3rd edition, is an open-air exhibition situated in the heart of Milan’s Quadrilatero district. This event is promoted by Hines and organized by the Association of Maestri Infioratori di Noto (Master Flower Artists of Noto). Over 50 artists have contributed their precious artworks to the city, a tradition passed down from generation to generation since 1980. They have presented 10 canvases adorned with over 200,000 flowers, along with just as many inspirations and projects for Milan, including the use of artificial intelligence.

Aiutility

Aiutility provides assistance to families in need through a chat. Requests detected in the territory are matched with donations (food, clothes, blankets, educational materials, and medicines) from merchants or friends of the association. Aiutility also organizes literacy courses, after-school programs, photo contests, markets, solidarity walks, support for oratories, and art therapy programs for prisons. “Help and utility” are the keywords of this association that takes pride in being a group of “well-efficiency.”

Albero di Natale di Piazza Duomo 2021

In December 2021, Dils donates to the City of Milan the Christmas tree in Piazza Duomo, a large fir tree approximately 26 meters tall, illuminated with 80,000 low-consumption LED lights and adorned with 800 red and silver Christmas balls. The name given to the installation, “Image,” is inspired by Dils’ rebranding campaign and represents an invitation to look to the future with serenity, aware of the power of imagination and change.

Il Natale dei quartieri 2022

In 2022, Dils wished Milan a Merry Christmas with the initiative “Il Natale dei Quartieri”. The project involved the installation of 8 trees in 8 neighborhoods of the city and the organization of a competition that allowed significant contributions to be assigned to the top 3 voted neighborhoods. These funds were allocated for programs and actions aimed at enhancing, protecting, and recovering the territory with a social impact.

Welcomed

Welcomed is a non-profit organization that manages three clinics in Milan. These centers serve as a comprehensive health reference point for families, addressing the health needs of both parents and their children. With over 30 specialties and more than 100 healthcare professionals, Welcomed ensures quality services, affordable fees, and reduced waiting times. The organization is authorized by ATS Milano for the certification and rehabilitation of Specific Learning Disorders (DSA). Thanks to contributions and donations, Welcomed carries out numerous social projects, including the Visita Sospesa® initiative, through which, they have provided over 35,000 free medical visits to those in need.

Cooperativa Martinengo was founded by Suore di Carità dell'Assunzione, present in Milan since 1913, and in the Corvetto area since 1950. It cares for families in difficulty both through care and educational activities for minors and with nursing and rehabilitation activities for the sick. Among its main activities, the Cooperative provides home-based services (educational, welfare and social-health), runs an educational day care center and a youth center for minors, and offers educational school support in some schools in the neighborhood.

This is my Milano – Christmas Edition 2023

As part of the initiative by the Municipality of Milan, ‘Il Natale degli Alberi', Dils lit up three trees in three different neighborhoods with a project that embodies the key values of the Group: community support, sharing, and urban regeneration. At the base of the San Babila tree, the ice-skating rink has brightened the square with daily performances, and thanks to the funds raised from ticket sales, three community projects were supported.

How does the Organization achieve this? By collaborating with hospitals, UONPIA, and other entities capable of providing support to adolescents and families in severe distress. Portofranco Milano ODV

It is a study support center catering to high school students, welcoming over 1,400 young individuals annually. Established in 2000, it has evolved into a pivotal entity in preventing school dropout and addressing youth distress, while also fostering integration between Italians and immigrants. It stands as a beacon of hope and communal harmony for the city, earning the Civic Merit Award of the Ambrogino d'Oro in 2019. In 2023, Alberto Bonfanti, the president, was honored as an Officer of Merit of the Italian Republic by President Sergio Mattarella. Portofranco Milano is part of the Portofranco Italia network, comprising 40 centers across Italy. While autonomous, these centers are united by a shared educational approach: the volunteers' commitment and the students' freedom to seek assistance with their studies.

Urania Milano is a historic and dynamic organization where the values of sport, loyalty, and fair play are the foundation and bond that unite the youth. The Loop Relay

The Loop Relay is the first team relay event dedicated to the corporate world. Turning running from an individual sport into a powerful team-building tool, it aims to create collaborative and productive work groups. Each team, made up of four runners, covers a total of 20 km, divided into legs for each participant. In 2024, The Loop Relay took place in both Milan and Rome. Sport Senza Frontiere is the Charity Partner of the event, and the funds raised support social inclusion programs for children in difficult situations. Exhibition “Miracles in Milan. Carlo Orsi Photographer””

Dils is the main sponsor of the exhibition dedicated to Carlo Orsi, which will be held in Milan at Palazzo Morando from 10/31/24 to 02/02/25. Carlo Orsi is a pivotal figure in the Italian and international photography scene, a versatile artist capable of capturing iconic images of the late 20th century, portraying the life and contradictions of Milan. Curated by Giangiacomo Schiavi and Giorgio Terruzzi, the exhibition offers a unique opportunity to reflect on the city’s history through photographs that blend art, reality, and irony. With 400 complimentary tickets for those under 26, Dils aims to engage younger generations in a photographic narrative that brings back to life a vanished face of the city, rediscovering the roots and identity of Milan.

Teatro degli Angeli

Inaugurated in Milan in 2024, it represents a new venture by Il Teatro de Gli Incamminati: creating a community hub, a center for social gathering and activities in the neighborhood, with a particular focus on young people. The structure, the result of the complete renovation of a pre-existing hall, is innovative and inclusive. Founded in Milan in 2005, the cooperative brings together educators, psychologists, teachers, and volunteers working to prevent childhood and adolescent distress, promote well-being, and combat school dropout.
