A new milestone for Dils in Italy’s logistics sector: 20,000 sqm directly leased to Logista Italia at the Giovi Logistics Park in Silvano Pietra (PV).

Logista Italia, one of Europe’s leading operators in the distribution of convenience products, has chosen Giovi Logistics Park to further strengthen its network, which already includes over 90 warehouses and distribution points across Italy.

With this new lease transaction, managed directly by Dils, the occupancy rate of Giovi Logistics Park rises to 87%. Including the previous 20,000 sqm lease also finalised by Dils, a total of approximately 40,000 sqm have now been let—nearly half of the site’s overall surface area of 83,000 sqm.

Developed by GARBE Industrial Real Estate Italy in partnership with SFO Capital Partners and managed by Prelios SGR through the Giove Fund, Giovi Logistics Park offers LEED Platinum certified Grade-A logistics assets, built to the highest ESG standards and equipped with advanced sustainable features such as photovoltaic systems and water recycling solutions.

Thanks to its strategic location directly on the A7 motorway within the Milan–Genoa corridor, the park ensures fast connections between the industrial heart of Northern Italy and the key markets of the Mediterranean.
