GVA Redilco acted as commercial advisor to AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets (“AXA IM - Real Assets) in the acquisition of a logistics portfolio owned by Carlyle Real Estate SGR S.p.A.
The portfolio, sold for approximately € 270 million, consists of 13 grade A assets - three of which are brand new - all located in strategic positions in northern Italy along the main traffic arteries and national connection nodes. This is 2020’s biggest logistics real estate investment deal in Italy.
