Piazza Cordusio welcomes a new famous brand: after advising Uniqlo, the Japanese brand that made the no-logo a status symbol, on its first opening in Italy, GVA Redilco is the protagonist of another exceptional debut in Milan, acting as exclusive advisor to Fao Schwarz for its first flagship store in Europe.
The agreement that Prénatal Retail Group signed with the Californian group ThreeSixty Group, which acquired Fao Schwarz in 2016, kicked off the process; the iconic toy brand will open in the coming days.
Cordusio, which was the city’s financial heart up until a few years ago, hosting Poste Italiane and major banks, has now established itself as Milan’s new retail destination. Thanks to GVA Redilco and the recent redevelopments by key real estate players, both in the square and on Via Orefici, the area is seeing new openings of fashion brands and more.
It is precisely in this prime location that the brand will create an experiential format, developed on three levels, for a total of 600 square meters, where customers of all ages will be able to immerse themselves in the magic of the famous New York store.
This transaction further increases the commercial appeal of the area, where GVA Redilco has important mandates in the Office, Retail & Living sectors.
