RealStep SICAF, a company specializing in real estate investment projects, with particular attention paid to former industrial areas to be redeveloped, was assisted by GVA Redilco in the sale to Bnp Paribas Reim of a building in Via Ercole Marelli 10 in Milan, in the district which is due to host the Olympic Village for the Milan-Cortina 2026 winter games.
Fully let to a prime luxury brand, the asset, with a total area of approx. 5,700 sqm, is the result of a regeneration project of two warehouses, carried out in 2020 by RealStep SICAF. Post-industrial areas such as the one involved in the project often create problematic urban voids and their regeneration means relaunching an entire district and giving new value to the territory, for the benefit of the entire community.
