Among the top-performing Italian companies "Growth Leaders 2023," according to the annual ranking compiled by Statista and Il Sole 24 Ore.

Dils, a leading real estate company led by Giuseppe Amitrano, enters the ranking of the 500 "Growth Leaders 2023" Italian companies for the fifth consecutive year. The annual survey is carried out by Statista in collaboration with Il Sole 24 Ore with the aim of identifying the Italian companies that recorded the best sales growth performance in the three-year period 2018-2021.

The ranking specifically analyzes independent Italian companies that have experienced mainly organic growth and have recorded a turnover of at least 100,000 euros in 2018 and at least 1.5 million euros in 2021.

Over the last 3 years, Dils has recorded an average annual compound growth rate (CAGR) of 45.09% in sales. In 2021, Dils achieved the best result in its history with total revenues of over 50 million euros, almost double the 29 million euros of the previous year, and an adjusted EBITDA of nearly 30 million euros. For 2022, the Company estimates a turnover of around 60 million euros.

According to data from Dils' Team Research, in 2021 the company was involved in investment transactions, between brokerage and advisory, for around 3.3 billion euros, equal to one third of the total volume invested in Italy, in addition to approximately 450 million euros in residential sales value.

The Company, which has over 170 professionals, has initiated an internationalization process that involves entering several European countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Spain and France.
