Dils acted as the advisor to Dinamico Real Estate Fund managed by BNP Paribas REIM SGR in the sale of an office building located in Milan to Lactalis Group Italy for over €25 million.
The asset, which will become the Italian headquarters of the French agri-food multinational, covers a total area of 15,000 sqm and develops on 9 floors above ground and 2 underground floors dedicated to parking area, with a total of about 73 car parking spaces.
The building is located in the southwestern quadrant of Milan, close to Romolo underground station (MM2) and the Circle Line. The surrounding area is known to be home to IULM University and features a mix of residential and commercial buildings. The area is well connected and is very well accessibility, thanks to its proximity to the city ring road, both to the city centre as well as to the A7 Milan-Genoa highway.
In recent years, the location has attracted some of the most prominent national and international companies from various sectors. Among these stand out: L’Oréal, the global leader in cosmetics, NTT, a major player in IT consulting and services and AON, a British multinational in the insurance sector who have chosen to establish their HQs here.
Over the past 5 years, the micro area has significantly improved its attractiveness, witnessing increased investment activity (with office deals valued more than €200 million) as well as registering an increase in the quantity and quality of the absorbed office space (over 75,000 sqm leased up, of which 64,000 sqm are of grade A/A+).
With this transaction, the disposal process for the entire real estate portfolio of the Dinamico Real Estate Fund comes to an end. Dils has been successfully supporting BNP Paribas REIM SGR since the initial phase of the process started in May 2022.
