Dils advisor to Ardian, in the sale of a prestigious residential property in the centre of Milan

Dils acted as advisor in the sale to Ardian, a leading global private investment company, of a prestigious residential property located at Giuseppe Revere 3, in the Magenta district, in the centre of Milan.

The acquisition was completed by Ardian through an investment vehicle that will be managed by Investire SGR (Banca Finnat Group). This project marks Ardian's first move into the residential sector in Europe, with the purpose of extensively refurbishing assets to offer contemporary luxury living spaces with international sustainable and technological standards.
