Dils participated in the 30th edition of MIPIM, the largest global event dedicated to real estate and urban development, held from March 12th to 15th at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
MIPIM is an annual gathering that unites investors, political leaders, and real estate professionals, anticipating future trends in the sector. The 2024 edition emphasized sustainability, renewable energies, and innovative infrastructure. Other key topics discussed included blockchain and smart cities, with a strong focus on the potential of artificial intelligence in building management and market trend forecasting.
On Thursday, March 14th, Dils participated in the roundtable “The Evolution of the Office Market and New Workplace Trends” at the Rome pavilion, immediately following the Mayor’s address. “We are confident,” stated Giuseppe Amitrano, CEO of Dils, “that Rome will undergo significant transformation through projects focused on the city’s regeneration, which will continue to attract new foreign investments.”
With nearly 20,000 participants from 90 countries and over 340 stands, MIPIM 2024 reaffirmed its status as a key event for the global real estate sector. Dils’ exhibition space served as a vital platform for sharing ideas and business opportunities among investors and international operators.
