Dils took part once again in PROVADA, the leading real estate event in the Netherlands, held every year in Amsterdam.
With over 200 exhibitors — including developers, investors, builders, architects, financiers, consultants and brokers — and more than 70 institutional representatives from municipalities, provinces and the national government, PROVADA continues to be the ideal stage for dialogue between the public and private sectors.
From 9th to 11th June, the Dils Netherlands team welcomed industry professionals and stakeholders at a dedicated stand, taking part in three days packed with content: over 250 sessions covering sustainability, innovation, proptech and the new challenges facing the Dutch real estate market. Among the highlights of this edition, the Innovatie Lounge — a space dedicated to startups and scale-ups showcasing AI-driven solutions for the property sector.
Closing the event, Thursday 11th June hosted the International Investors Day — developed in partnership with INREV, Holland Metropole and the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning — sparking meaningful conversations around investment opportunities in the Dutch market.
An edition that strengthened Dils' presence in the Netherlands, reaffirming its commitment to an innovative and forward-looking approach to business.
