The day was dedicated to dialogue among institutions, operators, and investors to analyze the sector’s prospects. Dils joined the panel discussion “It’s Time for Data Centers: Opportunities, Regulations, and Prospects for Italy,” moderated by Sara Poetto, Partner at Dentons.
Sergio Ardigò, Head of Development & Data Centers at Dils, engaged in a conversation with Alberto Caccia, Director at Lombardini 22, Elena Di Biase, Head of Logistics Capital Markets at JLL Italy, Ivano Ilardo, Senior Advisor – Business Development at Yard Reaas, and Jacopo Brambilla Sica, Partner at Dentons.
During the discussion, Ardigò highlighted that Data Centers are a strategic asset, as they provide the essential infrastructure to support the continuous growth of the digital economy. He expressed hope that institutions will promote faster procedures and greater certainty in outcomes, encouraging industry players to develop their projects in Italy.
Dils’ participation in RE ITALY reaffirms its commitment to driving the growth and transformation of the Italian real estate sector, including through the exploration of new high-potential segments.
