On September 19th –20th, Giuseppe Amitrano, Founder and CEO of Dils, participated in the 33rd edition of the Forum Scenari Immobiliari, held at the Excelsior Palace Hotel in Rapallo. He took part in the panel “Markets and Society: the companies” alongside Emanuele Bellani (Yard Reaas), Giuseppe Caruso (Ipi Agency), Marina Concilio (Theop Italia), Andrea Migliore (Rina Prime Value Services), Micaela Musso (Abaco Team | Gruppo Gabetti), and Gabriele Scicolone (Artelia Italia).
The event, a key reference point for the Italian real estate sector, was organized around the theme “A New Era,” highlighting the transformations reshaping the industry: from digital transition and increased focus on sustainability to changes in post-pandemic lifestyles.
It provided an opportunity to engage with leading market players and explore the future outlook for real estate in Italy, with particular emphasis on investments, territorial development, and innovative services.
