With an expected €1 billion investment from Jubilee funds and a total of €1.8 billion in overall resources, Rome is set to undertake 87 high-impact projects. The Investing in Rome event, now in its third edition, provided a crucial platform to assess ongoing urban regeneration projects and the opportunities presented by the real estate market, which is increasingly attractive to both Italian and foreign investors.
