Yesterday, at Via San Maurilio 21 in Milan, the conference “How Human Capital is Shaping the Global Real Estate Outlook for 2025”—organised by Confindustria Assoimmobiliare together with Russell Reynolds Associates—brought organisational transformations to the fore, highlighting how evolving skills and professional profiles are reshaping a constantly changing property market, both in Italy and on the world stage.

The round-table discussion, moderated by Maria Grazia Buttiglieri – Russell Reynolds Associates – and introduced by welcome remarks from Davide Albertini Petroni – President of Assoimmobiliare- and a speech by Gemma Burgess of Russell Reynolds Associates, featured Giuseppe Amitrano, CEO of Dils, alongside Emanuele Bellani of YARD REAAS, Valeria Falcone of Colliers Italy, Alex Eugenio Sala of Generali Real Estate, and Marzia Morena of REC – Politecnico di Milano.
