Dils was a key sponsor of Progetti d’Italia + Camelot, the event organized by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, which took place yesterday at Fiera Milano Rho and brought together leading players from the Italian real estate sector. Now in its eleventh edition, the event featured more than 20 conferences focused on the evolving dynamics of the industry, offering insights into development, investment, and sustainability.
In addition to supporting the entire event, Dils also sponsored the conference Build to Rent: from current trends to future innovation, a discussion on how this model is reshaping the real estate landscape by promoting a more flexible and contemporary approach to living. The Build to Rent (BTR) sector is increasingly seen as a true innovation lab within real estate, where technical, commercial, and operational aspects are integrated from the early stages of the business plan through the entire lifecycle of the project.
The panel, moderated by Roberto De Simone from Ontier law firm, included contributions from Dario Favoino (Dils), Laura Piantanida (Yard Reaas), Sandro Campora (CBRE Investment Management), and Andrea Fantinato (Invesco). The discussion focused on the value of hands-on experience in real-world projects, the strategic role of the operator as a long-term partner, and investors’ growing interest in the future development of this asset class.
The session offered a valuable opportunity to delve into a model that is continuously evolving and becoming increasingly central to investment strategies both in Europe and in Italy.
