Dils led the competitive sale process on behalf of Curzon Capital Partners IV Fund, managed by Tristan Capital Partners, of an office asset in Milan to a fund managed by InvestiRE SGR (Banca Finnat Group).
The property, with a total area of about 7,000 sqm over five floors above ground and one basement floor, is the subject of a significant value add deal.
This will involve a change of use to residential and full renewal of the property to meet the most innovative sustainability and environmental quality criteria.
The area in which it is located, between the Lorenteggio and San Siro districts, is prevalently residential and features parks, extensive green spaces and a rich cultural offer. The city centre is quickly accessible thanks to its proximity to the ‘Primaticcio’ metro station and to the ease of access by public transport (bus and tram).
This deal highlights market interest in the Living asset class which, in the first quarter of 2022, recorded an investment volume of €526 mn, tenfold that recorded in the same quarter of 2021.
