Floria: Dils sets a new standard of living in Rome

The commercial launch of Floria, the new residential complex in Rome promoted by ECE Work & Live, has begun, with Dils taking the lead as advisor and commercial partner. Located at Via della Stazione Aurelia 99, just steps from Villa Doria Pamphilj Park, Floria combines a strategic city location with green surroundings. Its 149 apartments, ranging from two -to multi-bedroom units and penthouses, all feature private terraces or gardens and high sustainability standards, offering a new benchmark in urban living.

On September 27, visitors attended the Open Day at the Info Point on Via della Stazione Aurelia 99, discovering Floria’s innovative living experience firsthand. Construction is set to begin in October 2025, with the first units expected to be delivered by the end of 2027. Through this project, Dils reinforces its role in reshaping residential living in Rome, bringing innovation, services, and cutting-edge strategies to the heart of the city.
