GVA Redilco advisor for Hines Italy in the acquisition of a trophy asset

GVA Redilco successfully advised Hines Italy on the €100m purchase of their new building in Milan via Orefici, just a few steps from piazza Cordusio, ex Luxottica HQ.

The space is currently vacant and has a GLA of approx. 12,000 sq m. The space will be completely refurbished. GVA Redilco will be responsible for renting the office and retail space, which is ideal to tenants requiring international standards.
