GVA Redilco has acted as the advisor for the sale of two stand-alone assets in city center of Milan.
The buildings of Corso Italia 13 and via Washington 70, with a total Gross Lettable Area of approximately 23,000 sqm, have been sold by SICAF S.p.A., a company owned by Ardian and managed by Prelios SGR S.p.A.
GVA Redilco has also contributed to the negotiation of very recent lease agreements which further consolidated the value of the assets.
