GVA Redilco advisor in the sale of a real estate portfolio for € 108.5 million

GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the sale of a real estate portfolio composed of six assets, owned by Covivio SA to a prime institutional investor for € 108.5 million.

The portfolio comprises mixed-use buildings with a value-add and core plus profile, mostly located in the city of Milan with a total commercial area of approximately 56,000 sqm.
