GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the buying and selling agreement of the “Broni Logistics Park” between Invesco Real Estate (buyer) and the developer Akno Business Park (seller).
The logistics park developed by Akno Group - specialised in logistics buildings and parks development – is composed by 4 modern “grade A” buildings, with a total surface of approx. 150,000 sqm, completed between the end of 2018 and the beginning of 2019, located in front of the A21 Turin/Piacenza/Brescia motorway and near the tollgate Broni-Stradella (PV).
Thanks to its strategic location as well as its technical specifications quality (height under-beam 13.70 m., Sprinkler ESFR/NFPA, floor loading capacity 7 ton/sqm), the logistics park has already been chosen by the main 3PLs and retailers, reaching the substantial fully let of the buildings.
This is the first investment transaction by Invesco Real Estate within the Italian logistics sector and one of the main acquisitions of a new developed logistics park in the latest years.
