GVA Redilco has advised in the sale of the property in Via Ripamonti 85 – Milan, by a fund managed by Coima SGR, whose investment strategy involves refurbishing and letting the vacant spaces.
The asset, which has a GLA of about 8,000 sqm, was sold by Camuzzi SpA and is strategically located in the Fondazione Prada district, close to the Porta Romana railway area.
GVA Redilco has believed in the potential of this area from the outset. The area has recently seen significant development and is experiencing growing interest from the Office and Living sectors, from both investors and end users alike.
