GVA Redilco has acted as sell-side advisor in the sale of a historic building of high standing in terms of its image and status, located in Via Dante 16 in the heart of the Milanese CBD, between Piazza Cordusio and Piazza Castello.
The prestigious, mixed-use asset (office and retail), acquired by Amundi Real Estate Italia SGR, was previously purchased in 2016 when the deal was also completed thanks to the advisory services of GVA Redilco who assisted the vendor at that time.
The property, with a total area of 6,500 sqm, has undergone significant redevelopment and enhancement with the aim of repositioning it on the Milan real estate market. The building is now entirely leased to prime tenants, thanks to the marketing managed by GVA Redilco’s Office and Retail teams.
The deal was closed for € 103.5 million.
The post-lockdown scenario emerging from this, and other, pipeline transactions confirms a strong investor interest in well-located Core product capable of guaranteeing a stable income.
