GVA Redilco advisor in letting of Palazzo Borromini e Palazzo Canova

GVA Redilco  has successfully completed the letting of 10,000 smq in the Palazzo Borromini and Palazzo Canova buildings, at Milano 2 (Segrate), to Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele.

The deal, which is part of the University’s expansion programme for its accommodation and educational facilities, makes new buildings available as teaching space. In a real estate context, the education sector is a valid alternative asset class for office conversions and is resilient to market fluctuations.

The Vita-Salute San Raffaele University was assisted in legal issues by Legance – Avvocati Associati and the landlord, Il Poggio S.r.l., was assisted by Nctm Studio Legale.
