GVA Redilco leased 7.500 sqm office spaces in the Bassi Business Park

GVA Redilco has successfully closed the letting of an entire office building in the Bassi Business Park in Milan’s Isola/Porta Nuova district, in Via Ugo Bassi. The building is owned by the Tiepolo Fund, managed by Generali Real Estate S.p.A. Società di gestione del risparmio.

GVA Redilco assisted the landlord under an exclusive marketing engagement, while Prelios Agency acted as advisor to the tenant, a major Italian group and key player in the entertainment sector which will be transferring their headquarters to Via Bassi.

The letting involved the ‘Bassi 6’ building which, comprising about 7,500 sqm of offices, will undergo full refurbishment as part of a project that will gradually be extended to the entire Bassi Business Park, in order to obtain Class A energy certification and LEED Gold environmental protocol.

GVA Redilco has an exclusive instruction to market the remaining 13,000 sqm available in the adjacent ‘Bassi 8’ building, refurbishment of which is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
