New location in the Pontenure logistics warehouse.

GVA Redilco has concluded a lease agreement for 1 module of the Pontenure (PC) logistics hub, acting as the exclusive advisor for the owner, the German investment fund DEKA IMMOBILIEN GmbH.

The approximately 7,000 square meters in question will be occupied by DHL Supply Chain, a company of the Deutsche Post DHL group specialized in the management of integrated logistics services for companies, which will benefit from being the first logistics warehouse in Italy to be BREEAM Green Building certified, thanks to its high quality standards in bio-construction and excellent environmental performance.

Still available at the logistics hub are two modules totaling 14,300 square meters, equipped, like the entire building, with a rooftop photovoltaic system of around 2.0 MWp, an under-beam height of 11.2 meters, an ESFR/NFPA sprinkler system, and 8 loading bays per module.

The property is located in the area with a strong logistics vocation near the municipality of Pontenure (PC), at the intersection between the A1 and A21 motorways, less than 4 km from the A1 Piacenza Sud exit.
