Milan Design Week took place from April 15th to 21st 2024, featuring the Salone del Mobile at Rho Fiera and over 1,300 events scattered throughout the city.
The theme of Fuorisalone 2024, “Materia Natura,” spread throughout the city, crossing the fair’s boundaries and extending into the Milanese neighborhoods, which were ideally suited to showcase installations, exhibitions, and artistic projects.
Thanks to Milan Design Week, Milan established itself as the world capital of design, continually evolving a consolidated format over the years. This event struck a perfect balance between the fair and urban activities, generating extraordinary engagement and making the kermesse a model to be emulated worldwide.
Once again, the neighborhoods of Milan took center stage in the urban landscape with grassroots initiatives. This vital energy of the territory that characterized the city was the foundation of the “This is my Milano” project, Dils’ Give Back program, designed to enhance the uniqueness of the neighborhoods and support the associations that care for the community.
