Our colleagues at Van Gool Elburg Vastgoedspecialisten – A Dils company, have represented Kerry Logistics in closing a strategic lease deal with Italian top logistics firm Savino Del Bene.
In the Hoofddorp area, close to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, the asset consists of 2,000 sqm of warehouse spaces, 1,362 sqm of Office spaces, a 150-sqm mezzanine, and 31 dedicated parking spots.
