On Sunday, May 12th, in the Cloister of the Museo Diocesano, the Festa del Quartiere (Neighborhood Festival) of Dils returns with a rich program of initiatives for all ages
This is my Milano, the Give Back program promoted by Dils to support, enhance, and unveil the wonders of the city of Milan, arrives in the Ticinese neighborhood. Sunday, May 12th, from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, the Cloister of the Museo Diocesano hosted the party to celebrate a neighborhood that combines history and contemporaneity. The event featured a rich calendar full of completely free initiatives aimed at discovering the secrets of the Ticinese district.
Throughout the day, visitors had the opportunity, thanks to Dils, the main sponsor of the exhibition, to visit for free and in advance “Robert Capa. L’opera 1932-1954”, the exhibition dedicated to the famous war photographer, including free access to the permanent collection of the Museo Diocesano.
Guided tours will be offered to adults and families, workshops dedicated to children, and four tours in the neighborhood organized by AIM – Associazione Interessi Metropolitani were also offered. The cloister of the Museum welcomed host five non-profit associations, interactive games, live music, theatrical performances, and the preview of the Open House Milano Festival, an event that allows free visits to Milanese places of architectural relevance, usually not accessible to the public.
