Woliba Life and Business Park is the new brand chosen for marketing the Business Park in Via Laurentina 449, Rome, owned by a real estate fund reserved for professional investors and managed by DeA Capital Real EstateSGR SpA.
This is not a simple ribbon cutting ceremony, rather the story of a new vision for the future, for the workplace and for modernity, via a return to the values which ensure personal well-being in a smart, urban work environment.
Woliba is located in an area thick with services and businesses and is well connected by public transport, including the underground, and the road network. The complex comprises five buildings for a total of 75,000 sqm, immersed in a landscaped area of 20,000 sqm. Already partially leased, it hosts prime such as Huawei, which recently inaugurated its headquarters there, Open Fiber and MoneyGram.
The work environments, designed according to those international standards which have earned LEED® Gold environmental sustainability certification, are flexible, dynamic, modular and harmoniously distributed in the extensive, landscaped grounds which are a distinctive element contrasting with urban locations.
Woliba is designed to encourage the sharing of spaces and ideas. In addition to the existing offices, new services are to be added over the coming months to meet the needs of new users and visitors, according to an innovative paradigm that combines the workplace with a wide and varied range of amenities and social areas. New entrances will be created on Via del Serafico, as well as new meeting spaces; food, drink and fitness areas; and a new events hall for 100 people within a central hub which will also host a co-working space equipped with a caffé and lounge area. The outdoor spaces will be organised and equipped to offer the possibility of working, having lunch, training and having fun in the open air. Everything will be accessible via a new app which will allow users to access information and offers at any time of the day.
