Foro Buonaparte, a location designed to become the centre and the begin of a new Milan, which in the early 1800s was searching for a change and that still today it continues to renovate itself. Foro Buonaparte 60 is in the heart of Milan, in one of the most relevant areas both from a historical point of view and for business, a privileged location a few steps from iconic points of interest, such as the Castello Sforzesco and the Duomo, and from consolidated business centres, like Piazza Affari and Piazza Cordusio, chosen by important companies. Nearby, Parco Sempione offers the possibility to enjoy relaxing moments; while the Brera district, a few minutes away, includes bars, bistros, boutiques, and ateliers.
The neoclassical style of Foro Buonaparte 60, consistent with the surrounding buildings, is displayed on the façade, characterized by rigorous yet elegant lines and enriched by prominent decorative elements. The building is spread over six floors above ground, for a total of more than 2,000 sqm of prestigious, completely renovated office spaces. The project will enhance the entire building, with a focus on sustainability, achieving a LEED Gold pre-certification. From the lobby, characterized by an elevated internal height and remarkable finishing, the visitors can access the internal courtyard, completely renovated for common use. The available space on the ground floor is large and flexible, adaptable to the tenants’ requirements, and can also be converted into retail spaces, thanks to the two addable independent entrances. The upper floors can display different layouts with single offices, open space, and meeting rooms. The offices will be equipped with modern, state-of-the-art systems. Terraces of different dimensions are placed on all floors, in particular on the first, where a large terrace overlooks the internal courtyard. On the last floor, fullheight windows will offer a magnificent view on the city.
