Thetris

Thetris is located within an increasingly consolidated Business District, chosen by important multinational companies for its strategic position and great development prospects. The name Thetris refers to the idea underlying the building: a single large volume divided into 3 blocks composed of countless cells which, alternating between glass and solid parts, evoke the classic shape of Tetris. The space has been conceived as a place of aggregation, and the external areas of the building have been carefully designed to promote well-being and social interaction among people. The over 9,000 square meters of Garden spaces are intended as a natural extension of the working space, providing a true immersion in green surroundings. Thetris meets the highest international standards in terms of efficiency and environmental sustainability. To achieve this, new highly innovative and sustainable technologies have been studied and employed for the air conditioning systems, along with the use of photovoltaic panels and high-performance facades, elevating the property to an unmatched level of efficiency and sustainability. Thetris aims to become a milestone in sustainability through cutting-edge technologies that consume less energy, minimize water consumption, and consequently reduce the impact on the city's resources. The intervention's objective is to obtain the Platinum level of LEED and WELL certifications.
