The building is located on the site of the former Koninklijke Nederlandsche Springstoffen Fabriek (KNSF - Royal Dutch Explosive Factory). The location was redeveloped approximately 20 years ago into a high-quality complex with various functions such as business/office space, a restaurant, and hotel suites.
