It concerns two apartment rights. Characteristic of this T-shaped unit is its impressive width of no less than 31 meters. In the middle, there is room to create a meeting room or a kitchen, for example. A user can choose which entrance to use. Various floor-to-ceiling window sections offer a beautiful view over the IJ and the city of Amsterdam and also provide ample daylight. Good to know

The building is located on leasehold land, which has been perpetually redeemed. A homeowners' association has already been established, to which a monthly contribution must be paid. The commercial spaces will be delivered in a casco state; meaning without technical installations, wall, ceiling and floor finishes, partition walls, sanitary facilities and kitchen. Building

Architectural firm 'De Zwarte Hond' designed 'NoordBaak'. The ensemble is inspired by the rugged, adventurous and unpolished character of this historic shipyard. 'NoordBaak' consists of four entirely distinct characteristics that together form one powerful and natural block. The commercial spaces are located in the plinth. The adjacent boardwalk forms both the architectural and physical termination of the buildings towards the water. Due to the open character of 'NoordBaak', there is a lively interaction between the functions in the building, the outdoor areas and the quay.

Mobility and parking

From 'NoordBaak' you can walk to the ferry in just five minutes. The ferry runs every quarter between NDSM, Amsterdam Centraal and Pontsteiger/Houthaven. It is a free ferry service for pedestrians, cyclists, moped riders, scooters and for disabled vehicles. With the Noord/Zuid(metro)line you can reach Amsterdam Centraal Station within five minutes and the Zuidas and RAI Amsterdam within 15 minutes. The A10 ring road connects you to many highways. Schiphol Airport is only 20 minutes away from the NDSM shipyard and is also easily accessible by public transport. Parking is possible in the public parking garage behind the 'BinnenDok' building. 'NoordBaak' has a collective and lockable bicycle storage.
