The project developed by GBPA Architects is in line with the original nature of Palazzo di Fuoco, thanks to its brightness, transparency and inside-outside communicative capacity, excellently integrating it into the city of Milan.
The refurbishment project envisages retail and office spaces and respects building’s key features through the use of the most advanced technologies and materials (glass facade, LED lighting system) alongside the highest sustainability standards.
Palazzo di Fuoco has been an architectural symbol of Milan since the 1950s when architects Giulio Minoletti and Giuseppe Chiodi designed the building. Today the asset revives its original nature in a more international, welcoming, and vibrant Milan.
