Lease Agreement

Based on the landlord’s model, which follows the standard lease agreement for office space and other commercial space as defined in Article 7:230a of the Dutch Civil Code, including the associated general provisions, as established by the Dutch Council for Real Estate Matters (ROZ) in January 2025.

VAT

VAT will be charged on the rent and service costs. The rental levels are based on the assumption that the tenant performs at least 90% VAT-taxable activities in the leased premises.
