The CubeHouse is a next-generation office building spanning over 16,300 sq.m nestled in the dynamic heart of Amsterdam's South Axis. With its striking architecture, designed by So and unique shared amenities, The CubeHouse redefines modern office spaces. Designed to inspire, connect and accelerate collaboration, this iconic building blends sleek, geometric design with sustainable technology, creating an environment where businesses thrive.The CubeHouse is the first hybrid timber office building at Amsterdam South Axis. Approx. 75% of the structure is made of cross laminated timber. This adds to the overall sustainability level of the building as all bio based materials compensate for approx. 9.000 tons of Co2 emissions. The Building stands as a testament to cutting-edge architecture. Its bold, cubic facade and expansive glass panels invite natural daylight, fostering a vibrant and productive atmosphere. Flexible floor plans adapt effortlessly to diverse business needs, making it the perfect home for companies of various sizes. Well-known companies such as BNP Paribas and Arcadis have already chosen CubeHouse as their new headquarters.

Facilities

On the ground floor the concept of The Cube will be created, an inviting space open to the public, engineered for a blend of social interaction, collaboration, innovation, and celebration. This dynamic and versatile area will be activated by Use/space for a range of activities, from tailormade events for your company to fostering meaningful connections within the community. Furthermore, the ground floor will offer space for F&B and/or retail concept(s).

What further sets The CubeHouse apart is the roof garden on the 1st floor which is publicly accessible from the Claude Debussylaan. Underneath the roof garden, The Building has a generously sized bike parking facility covering approximately 420 sq.m and offers sustainable commuting practices with space for 300 bicycles and 30 scooters, including charging points. Next to the bike parking, there are sufficient shower facilities.

3rd Floor - 1,572 sq.m LFA.
