Completed in 1958, the Velasca Tower is one of the most renowned symbols of Milan: with its height of 106 meters, it stands out for its unmistakable figure still towering over the historic centre of Milan. After completing the work on the facades, the Tower is currently undergoing an interior restoration: a comprehensive renovation project, sustainable and conscious, which represents a return to architecture that thinks about the city, its needs, the needs of those who work there, and which will transform the Tower into a destination of excellence for unique experiences of international scope.
The Velasca Tower is the skyscraper of a city that changes, that develops, that recognizes itself. 29 floors, two of which are underground and one technical, on which different uses flow, commercial, directional, residential, organized in 7 overlapping sectors. A building of great historical interest, the Velasca Tower will offer approximately 11,500 sqm of elegant and prestigious office spaces, spread over 15 floors. The spaces offer extremely flexible layout possibilities, able to accommodate traditional offices, open space with meeting rooms and mixed formulas. The areas are extraordinarily bright on a rectangular layout of over 700 square meters, with a central core which gathered all the vertical connections, leaving ample flexible spaces and full compositional freedom for the different functional destinations. From the eighth floor up, large windows run all over the walls, offering 360-degree views. The building aims to achieve the LEED Gold and WiredScore Silver certifications. The offices are served by dedicated, independent lobby, and are delivered in Cat. A.
