Bologna Interporto is connected daily to both Northern Europe and Southern Italy through the Terminal, which spans approx. 246,000 sqm and has 10 tracks ranging from 500 to 600 meters in length. Situated in a strategic location, the facility is easily accessible from the entire peninsula due to its proximity to one of Italy's most important highway junctions, providing easy access to the A1, A13, and A14 motorways.
The project "Warehouse 9.8" is designed as a new custom-built real estate development (Built-To-Suit) that allows for the construction of a property for courier and intensive shipping "cross-docking" activities, with an area of approximately 9,000 sqm, optionally divisible into two units. The building permit (PdC) has already been obtained, and the estimated timeline for the construction of the site is around 12 months from the signing of a binding agreement with the property owner.
The project "Warehouse 7.2" is also a new custom-built real estate development (Built-To-Suit) that envisions the construction of a logistics facility with an area of approximately 18,000 sqm, optionally divisible into two units. The building permit (PdC) has already been obtained, and the estimated timeline for the construction of the site is around 12 months from the signing of a binding agreement with the property owner.
