Osmannoro Logistics Park is a new generation logistics hub designed to deliver high operational performance and top sustainability standards. Available from Q2 2026, the development is targeting a BREEAM Excellent certification. Located in the industrial area of Osmannoro, just outside Florence, it benefits from a strategic position with direct access to the main regional and national road networks. The asset offers a total surface area of over 50,000 sqm, divided between two warehouses of different sizes.
