The Italian logistics real estate sector is undergoing strong growth and many investors are already increasing their exposure in this high-potential asset class.
In this context, GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the sale by Prologis Inc., and purchase by BNP Paribas REIM Italy SGR of two grade A “built to suit” assets, for a total area of approx. 58,000 sqm and a price of approx. € 50 million. The two warehouses are located respectively in the Milan and South Rome submarkets.
This deal sees BNP Paribas REIM Italy SGR strengthen its position as an active player in the Italian real estate investment market, as well as underlining Prologis’ leadership role in the logistics real estate development market in Italy.
