GVA Redilco has assisted closed-end real estate Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) ‘Perseus’, managed by Kryalos SGR S.p.A., in the sale of an office building in the historic center of Milan, in Corso Matteotti 5.
The property, comprising six storeys above ground in addition to a basement floor, for a total gross area of 2,500 sqm, was purchased by Primo RE Real Estate Fund managed by Prelios SGR S.p.A.
Characterized by marble facades and an elegant and rigorous design, the prestigious building, designed in the mid-1930s by architect Emilio Lancia, has been completely refurbished with care and elegance, combining historical accuracy with a modern approach in order to meet the highest criteria for interior functionality and energy efficiency.
Conceived with smart-working in mind, the office spaces, from the second to sixth floor, have a modern layout and are equipped with last generation plant for efficiency and comfort.
The location, in the heart of Milan’s fashion district, is highly accessible: the property is well served by numerous bus and tram routes, in addition to the nearby M1 San Babila and M3 Duomo metro stations.
